Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends, customer research and competitor tracking.
  • Identify target market, develop strategies and products to promote and market travel business.
  • Source travel products and destinations to meet consumer demands, which includes online bookings and tailor-made trips .
  • Prepare and oversee design of promotional materials and displays.
  • Supervise production of all marketing materials within budget and timelines.
  • Work closely with banks and travel partners, including airlines, hotels, tourism offices and etc. on the creation and promotion of new packages.
  • Undertakes other ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Tourism & Hospitality or other relevant qualification.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to work independently and multi task.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle airlines reservation & ticketing.
  • Handle tour enquiries and reservation, including hotel accommodation, all ground arrangement and other related tasks.
  • Handle visa application.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Perform related duties as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years related working experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum SPM / STPM or Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
  • Knowledge of Sabre / Amadeus reservation system.
  • Computer literate in MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Good initiative, hardworking, committed and able to multi-task.
  • May require to work on shift basis, weekend and public holidays.
