*You are considered fully vaccinated if you met the following criteria set by Thailand:
- CoronaVac (Sinovac) – 2 doses needed / second dose no less than 14 days before your travel date to Thailand
- AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria, Covishield) – 2 doses needed / second dose no less than 14 days before your travel date to Thailand
- Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty, Tozinameran (INN)) – 2 doses needed / second dose no less than 14 days before your travel date to
Thailand
- Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) – 1 dose needed / no less than 14 days before your travel date to Thailand
- If you don’t meet these requirements, you are NOT considered fully vaccinated to travel to Thailand
- In case of mix-and-match vaccines, travellers should get their second dose of a different vaccine within the recommended
interval of the first vaccine no less than 14 days before their travel date to Thailand
- Those previously infected with COVID-19 are considered fully vaccinated if they have received a single dose of COVID-19
vaccine at any time after their recovery. They are required to submit proof or medical record of COVID-19 recovery alongside
the single-dose vaccination certificate.
- Those fully vaccinated before contracting COVID-19 are still considered to be fully vaccinated. Those recovered from
COVID-19 within 3 months before travelling to Thailand must present a valid medical certificate certifying the full recovery
(within 3 months but no less than 14 days before travelling) or that they are asymptomatic in case the COVID-19 RT-PCR test
shows a positive result.
*While in Malaysia, you are considered fully vaccinated if you met the following criteria:
- 4 weeks (28 days) after your dose of an accepted single-dose vaccine (Janssen/Johnson & Johnson, CanSino)
- 2 weeks (14 days) after your second dose of an accepted 2-dose series (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Sinopharm and Moderna)
- All senior citizens aged 60 years and above as well as recipients aged 18 years and above of full dose of Sinovac Covid-19 vaccine
need to take booster shot to maintain their complete vaccination status before March 1, 2022.
- For individuals who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, they must submit a medical report that has been certified by a
registered medical practitioner.
Pre-Departure Thailand Pass
It shall be your responsibility to ensure that you register on
tp.consular.go.th
Thailand Pass (7 days) before travel. Failing to register on Thailand Pass will be denied for entry in Bangkok. Hotel information, flight information and travel insurance information will be provided for your registration for Thailand Pass.
SECTION B) AGREEMENT
Kindly ensure that all the above information are accurate. Inaccurate information will affect your eligibility to travel. It shall be your responsibility to bear the penalty charges incur by the airline for new flight ticket purchase due to inaccurate information. If you are unable to travel, your trip and ticket will be forfeited and there will be no refund in any form.
