CIT provides a seamless appointment booking system for tests that are conducted by trained medical professionals from the approved and certified testing laboratories.
All you need to know before booking an appointment
Samples may be submitted either at the partnered certified laboratory in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley, or at a location of choice within Malaysia using the ‘At Your Doorstep’ service. The reports are directly sent by the partnered laboratory to the registered email address of the individual within 24 to 72 hours, ensuring confidentiality of the result.
Appointment bookings must be at least 3 days prior to the preferred day for sample collection.

Payment is collected by CIT. Any payment refund or cancellation of the service must be done in written request to CIT. A negative COVID-19 test result does not guarantee a positive visa decision. Visa decision-making remains the exclusive prerogative of the concerned government and CIT plays no role in the decision-making process.
