Day 01 - Arrival in Xi’an

Upon arrival in Xi’an, transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight in Xi’an.

Day 02 - Xi’an (B, L, D)

After breakfast at the hotel and check out, you will depart for Yangshuo via a cruise on Li River. While cruising along the Li River, you will see graceful bamboo groves between spectacular limestone peaks, farmers tending rice paddies, and lumbering water buffaloes pulling carts or cooling off in the river. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, transfer to the Silver Cave Scenic Area. The Silver Cave runs through 12 peaks and is home to diverse stalactites that formed in different geologic ages. Next, proceed to Yangshuo West Street, known for its unique mix of cultures. Also called “Foreigners’ Street”, English has become the language of daily use in addition to the local Yangshuo dialect. After dinner, check in at the hotel. Overnight in Yangshuo.

Day 03 - Xi’an (B, L, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Xi’an City Wall. This is the most complete city wall that has survived in China and one of the largest ancient military defense systems in the world. Continue to the Terracotta Army Museum, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. This archaeological excavation area was discovered by local farmers who were digging for a well. The highlights of the museum are the three pits where the warriors are on display, and the Exhibition of Bronze Chariots. Altogether over 7,000 pottery soldiers, horses, chariots, and even weapons have been unearthed from these pits. In the evening, visit Dong Xin Street Mosque. Lunch and dinner will be served at local restaurants. Overnight in Xi’an.

Day 04 - Xi’an – Departure (B, L, D)

After breakfast and check out from the hotel, visit Xi’an Museum that houses over 130,000 relics of ancient China. Continue to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. The pagoda was damaged in the 1487 earthquake, causing it to split in the middle with a 1.1 feet gap. However, when another earthquake hit in 1521, the two halves were combined again. After a stop for photos at Bell and Drum Tower Square, you will visit the Great Mosque of Xi’an, the largest mosque in China. Then, enjoy shopping at Muslim Street. After dinner, transfer to the airport for your departure to Kuala Lumpur.
