Upon arrival at Adisutjipto International Airport, you will be transferred to Kota Gede. It contains the remains of the first capital of Mataram Sultanate, established in the 16th century. Kotagede is well known internationally by its silver crafting. Then, visit Tirtodipuran Batik Village, where you can see the process of Batik making. After lunch, visit Kasongan Village, the center of ceramics production in Yogyakarta. Continue to Manding Village, where you can find various kinds of crafts such as bags, shoes, wallets, jackets, belts and other souvenirs made from leather. Next, stop for photos at the most popular beach in Yogyakarta, Parangtritis Beach. Transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight in Yogyakarta

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Sultan Palace, the official seat of the reigning Sultan of Yogyakarta and his family. Continue to Taman Sari Water Castle, the site of a former royal garden of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta. Then, you will be taken to Bird Market, a huge marketplace where people sell and buy birds, reptiles, insects and fishes. After that, visit Sonobudoyo Museum, and see interesting exhibits of weapons, leather and wooden puppets of Wayang Theater, masks, statues, textiles, curios and old Javanese gamelan instruments. After lunch, enjoy shopping at Malioboro Street. Return to the hotel and overnight in Yogyakarta.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Kaliadem Village to witness the
beauty of Mount Merapi, an active stratovolcano located on the border between Central Java and Yogyakarta. It is the most active volcano in Indonesia and has erupted regularly since 1548. After a stop at Salak Fruit Plantation for shopping, visit the famous Borobudur Temple. The temple consists of nine stacked platforms, six square and three circular, topped by a central dome. It is decorated with 2,672 relief panels and 504 Buddha statues. Continue to visit the other small temples, Pawon and Mendut. In the evening, return to the hotel and overnight in Yogyakarta.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. You are free at your own leisure until transfer to airport for departure.
