Upon arrival at Kansai International Airport, transfer to Shin-Osaka station via train (50 minutes). Board the Shinkansen to Okayama Station (2hour). Upon arrival Okayama, make your way to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure to explore Okayama on your own. Overnight in Okayama.

After breakfast at the hotel, you are free to explore Okayama on your own. Visit Korakuen Garden, one of Japan’s three best landscape gardens. The garden was designed in the Kaiyu (“scenic promenade”) style which presents the visitor with a new view at every turn of the path which connects the lawns, ponds, hills, tea houses, and streams. You may also visit Okayama Castle. The planks of the Okayama Castle donjon are stained black, which gives the castle its alias: Crow Castle. You can try the kimonos and have your pictures taken for a taste of the life of a feudal lord or princess. Use your JR pass to visit Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. With its many cultural facilities such as the Ohara Museum of Art and its collection of international masterpieces, Kurashiki Museum of Folkcraft and the Kurashiki Archaeological Museum, the area offers visitors a taste of Western influence combined with Japanese lifestyle. End your day with a shopping spree at the Mitsui Outlet Park. Return to the hotel on your own via train. Overnight in Okayama.

After breakfast at the hotel and check out, depart for Himeji from Okayama Station by the bullet train to Himeji (40 minutes). Upon arrival in Himeji, visit Himeji Castle. A world heritage site, which reopened on March 27, 2015 after a lengthy renovation. Enjoy a stroll around the grounds as you learn about the castle and discover the castle’s history and many nuances, such as the many openings in the defensive walls that were used for pouring boiling oil onto intruders. Next, board the bullet train to Shin-Osaka (40 minutes). Upon arrival Osaka, make your way to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Osaka

After breakfast at the hotel, please make your way to Namba or Umeda, you will be met by your guide. Upon arrival at Kyoto, you will transfer to visit one of best known of the Kyoto shrines, Fushimi Inari Shrine. Home to a seemingly endless stretch of iconic red torii gates spread across a thickly wooded mountain, this shrine is a world unto itself. Next, visit world heritage Kiyomizu-dera Temple is one of the most celebrated temples of Japan. Proceed to Kinkaju Temple. A Zen Temple in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf, formally known as Rokuonji. Return to Osaka, make your way to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Osaka.

Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Transfer to the airport by train for your flight back to Kuala Lumpur (1 hour 15 minutes).
