Day 01 - Arrival in Beijing ( No meals )

Upon arrival in Beijing, transfer to the hotel and check in. Overnight in Beijing.

Day 02 - Tiananmen Square (B, L, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, start the tour with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. Continue to Forbidden City, the complex of the Chinese imperial palace from the Ming to Qing dynasty. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was constructed from 1406 to 1420 and it has the largest collection of preserved ancient wooden structures in the world. After that, you will be taken to Qianmen Street, a famous pedestrian street in Beijing. The 845-meter long Qianmen Street runs south from Tiananmen Square, just along the Beijing central axis. It is one of the last remnants of the business centers of the old Beijing. After dinner, return to the hotel and overnight in Beijing.

Day 03 - Juyongguan Great Wall (B, L, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Juyongguan Great Wall of China, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The wall was built during the Warring States period (475-221BC). Next, stop for photos at the Olympic Stadiums (Bird’s Nest and Water Cube). Then, proceed to one of the famous shopping streets in Beijing, Wang Fu Jing. Return to the hotel and overnight in Beijing.

Day 04 - Summer Palace – Pearl Market (B, L, D)

After breakfast and check out from the hotel, visit the Summer Palace, the largest imperial garden in China. UNESCO has included the Summer Palace in its World Heritage List as it is a “masterpiece of Chinese landscape design”. Visit Shichahai, a famous scenic area in the northwest part of Beijing, which includes three lakes Qianhai, Houhai, and Xihai. It is close by places of historic interest and scenic beauty, and remnants of old-style local residences, Hutong and Courtyard. After a stop at Sanlitun area, enjoy shopping at Pearl Market. Continue to The Place, where you can see Asia’s largest LED screen in use and explore the 3D painting show in Beijing. Return to the hotel and overnight in Beijing.

Day 05 - Beijing - Xi’an (B, L, D)

After breakfast and check out from the hotel, enjoy shopping at Xuishui Market. Also known as Silk Market, it is a prosperous shopping market in the city. After lunch, you will be transferred to the train station for your departure to Xi’an (5 hours). Upon arrival in Xi’an, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel for check in. Overnight in Xi’an.

Day 06 - Terracotta Army Museum (B, L, D)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to the Terracotta Army Museum, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. This archaeological excavation area was discovered by local farmers who were digging for a well. The highlights of the museum are the three pits where the warriors are on display, and the Exhibition of Bronze Chariots. Altogether over 7,000 pottery soldiers, horses, chariots, and even weapons have been unearthed from these pits. Then, continue to Drum & Bell Tower Square where you can see the sister towers across from each other. After a stop for shopping at Muslim Street, return to the hotel and overnight in Xi’an.

Day 07 - Xi’an – Departure (B, L, D)

After breakfast and check out from the hotel, visit Xi’an City Wall. This is the most complete city wall that has survived in China and one of the largest ancient military defense systems in the world. After a stop at Luomashi Street, visit Xi’an Museum that houses over 130,000 relics of ancient China. Then, enjoy shopping at Xi’an Night Market. After dinner at local restaurant, transfer to the airport for your departure.
