Day 01 - Amsterdam

Upon arrival in Amsterdam, transfer to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 02 - Amsterdam City Tour & Canal Cruise (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, make your own way to the pickup point for your half-day bus and canal tour of Amsterdam. The city is well-known for its ring of canals, along which thousands of decorated merchants’ residences and warehouses were built in the 17th century, the Dutch Golden Age. Enjoy a drive along the river and through the beautiful streets, towers and bridges. The tour includes a picture stop at a beautiful windmill and a visit to a diamond factory (entrance included) and see its impressive collection of jewels. On the one-hour canal cruise, you will be able to feast your eyes on the elegant merchants’ houses dating from the Golden Age, the fabulous gables, beautiful churches, the iconic Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge) and so much more. After the tour ends at 12.30, the rest of the day is free for you to explore the city. Overnight in Amsterdam.

Day 03 - Marken, Volendam & Zaanse Schans (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, make your own way to the pickup point for your tour. Leave bustling Amsterdam behind in this half day excursion and discover the picture postcard Dutch countryside – think vast fields of colourful flowers, windmills, polders and canals. The first stop is Zaanse Schans, a traditional village renowned for its many windmills dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. Here you will have the opportunity to visit a workshop where wooden clogs are still made in the traditional way. Neither should you miss the historic shipyard where many great wooden ships were built in the past. Next stop are the picturesque fishing villages of Volendam and Marken, situated on the coast of the Ijselmeer. You will see old wooden houses built on stilts and locals wearing colourful traditional costumes. In the afternoon, transfer to Amsterdam. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Day 04 - Asmterdam – Brussels (B)

After breakfast at the hotel and check out, make your own way to Amsterdam Central Station and board your train to Brussels (2 hours). Upon arrival at Brussels Midi Station, make your own way to the hotel and check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Brussels. .

Day 05- Brussels City Tour (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, make your own way to the pickup point for your tour. Starting at the world famous Grand Place, the heart of medieval Brussels, you will be mesmerized by its splendid architecture. Marvel at the magnificent St. Michael’s Cathedral with its twin bell towers. Explore as you stroll around the area around Sablon Square in the old town with its many antique shops, quirky restaurants and bars. You will be taken to all the main attractions including the Royal Residence, Royal Square, the Belgian Houses of Parliament, the Chinese Pavilion and the Japanese Tower. Pass through the elegant Cinquantenaire district, with its Triumphal Arch, exceptional museums and splendid Art Nouveau houses. Other attractions include the imposing EU buildings (European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council of Ministers) and the world-famous Atomium, built to commemorate the World Exhibition of 1958. After the tour ends at 12.30 pm, the rest of the day is free for you to explore the city. Overnight in Brussels.

Day 06 - Ghent and Bruges Tour (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, make your own way to the pickup point for your tour. In Ghent, visit Saint Bavo Cathedral, home of the famous Mystic Lamb painting. The original Chapel of St. John the Baptist, built with a wooden structure, was consecrated in 942. The church became the Cathedral in 1559 where Charles V, Holy Roman Emperor was baptized. During the city tour you will admire many important buildings from the Middle Ages; such as the Belfry, St Nicholas Church and the Earl’s Castle. In Bruges, discover the Lake of Love, the Church of Our Lady with the statue by Michelangelo and more major attractions. The Church of Our Lady in Bruges was originally built in the 13th century. Its 122 metres tall tower is the tallest structure in the city and the second tallest brickwork tower in the world. You can take an optional boat tour along the canals. In the evening, return to Brussels and make your own way to the hotel. Overnight in Brussels.

Day 07 - Departure (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to the airport by coach for your flight
back home.
