Eligible transit passengers can choose from five exciting half-day tours, offering a chance to explore Shanghai’s iconic landmarks, enjoy skyline views, visit Shanghai Disney Resort, discover aviation highlights, or experience the charm of a traditional water town – all during your transit stop.

Who is eligible?

Passengers must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a China Eastern ticket
  • Transit via Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)
  • Have a connecting time of more than 8 hours and less than 24 hours
  • Travel on flights operated and/or marketed by China Eastern or Shanghai Airlines
  • Be a registered Eastern Miles member
  • Tour booking must be completed at least 12 hours before the first flight departure
  • Passengers arriving at Shanghai Airport after 3:00 PM are not eligible

Terms & Conditions
Each tour requires a minimum of 5 participants and accommodates up to 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only small hand-carry items (up to 20L) are allowed during the tour.
Larger luggage must be stored separately at the passenger’s own expense.
Tour schedules are arranged by the guide. Passengers must return to the airport according to the assigned schedule and allow at least 2 hours before their connecting flight departure.
China Eastern reserves the right to modify or suspend tour arrangements due to operational requirements.
