  1. Promotion is applicable to all Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers of the Maybank Credit Cards listed below:
    1. Maybank World Elite Mastercard Credit Card
    2. Maybank Islamic World Elite Mastercard Ikhwan Credit Card
  2. Eligible cardmembers must have incurred a minimum cumulative spend of RM60,000 on their respective eligible card(s) during the preceding six (6) calendar months to qualify for this Promotion.
  3. Promotion is applicable only to bookings and purchases made through CIT via email at mbb@cit.travel or by telephone at +603 – 9212 0010 during the Booking Period from 19 October 2026 to 13 November 2026. CIT operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MYT), excluding public holidays. Email enquiries received outside operating hours will be responded to on the next working day.
  4. All payment must be made using an eligible card.
  5. Promotion is valid for booking from 19 October 2026 to 13 November 2026 and valid for travel between 19 October 2026 – 31 August 2027, subject to flight availability, applicable booking classes, and campaign allocation at the time of booking.
  6. Promotion is valid only for Singapore Airlines round-trip journeys originating from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or Penang, Malaysia. For the avoidance of doubt, the outbound and return destinations need not be identical, provided that the itinerary includes a return flight to Malaysia. Eligible journeys may include codeshare flights operated by Singapore Airlines’ partner airlines, as determined by Singapore Airlines, and must be booked through Singapore Airlines.
  7. Promotion applies only to the base fare and excludes all applicable taxes, fees, surcharges, and other charges. Cardmembers shall be responsible for the payment of all taxes, fees, surcharges, and other charges associated with both the paid and complimentary tickets.
  8. The complimentary ticket is not applicable to Suites or First-Class travel.
  9. Promotion is limited to one (1) complimentary companion ticket per eligible cardmember throughout the booking period, regardless of the number of eligible cards held or the number of eligible business class tickets purchased.
  10. The eligible cardmember must be one of the travelling passengers to enjoy this promotion.
  11. The eligible cardmember and accompanying passenger travelling on the complimentary ticket must be booked on the same itinerary and travel together on the same flights.
  12. Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional fares, special discounts, tactical fares, or other offers introduced by Singapore Airlines.
  13. All tickets issued under this promotion are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No refunds, whether in cash, credit, or any other form, will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, missed flights, itinerary changes, or unused tickets.
  14. Requests for date changes are permitted and will be subject to any applicable fare difference, airline fees and charges, as well as a service fee of RM250 per ticket payable to CIT.
  15. Promotion is further subject to respective terms and conditions imposed by Singapore Airlines and CIT. For avoidance of doubt, Maybank is not liable or responsible for Singapore Airlines and CIT terms and conditions.
