Cancellation and Amendment Policy

In view of temporary change of operations and the lowering of guest capacity as stipulated by the Singapore government, there may be the possibility that some guests’ original bookings may be affected. Dream Cruises would like to offer all guests cruising from 16 May – 13 June 2021 the following options below if they are unable to cruise during this period.

1) Transfer Cruise

• Affected guests will receive a future cruise credit for the full amount of their cruise (Paid Cabin Fare + Paid Port Charges, as

applicable) to be redeemed on another World Dreams voyage departing from Singapore between 16 June 2021 – 31 March

2022. Please contact your original travel office or agency by 11 June 2021 for available options (Subject to cabin availability).

• Blackout periods apply:

    • 24 Dec 21 (Christmas)
    • 31 Dec 21 (New Year)
    • 30 Jan 22 – 4 Feb 22 (Chinese New Year 2022)

• As a gesture of goodwill, affected guests will be offered an onboard credit as per below: o 3-night Sunday cruise – SGD75 per

cabin o 2-night Wednesday / Friday cruise – SGD50 per cabin

• The same itinerary promotional fare and cabin category will be applicable for bookings of new cruises of the same duration;

for new cruises booked of a longer duration, guests will be required to pay the fare difference • Administrative fees shall apply

for any change(s) to the guest name.

• Please note for affected Genting Rewards members who are sailing using Genting Points or cabin promotions, please contact

our Genting Rewards members’ customer service hotline.

2) Cancellation

• Affected guests may also choose to cancel their cruise and receive a full refund of their paid cruise fares including Cabin Fare

and Port Charges.

Cancellation Fees for All Cruise Lengths

More than 100 days prior to departure Free refund, except non-refundable amounts
100 – 46 days prior to departure 10% of Full Cabin Fare
45 – 15 days prior to departure 30% of Full Cabin Fare
14 – 8 days prior to departure 50% of Full Cabin Fare
7 days or less prior to departure 100% of Full Cabin Fare
No Show / No Written Notice 100% of Full Cabin Fare
