ITINERARY

1

Day 1 - Negombo

Arrive in Sri Lanka and transfer to Jetwing Beach. Relax and unwind.

Day 2 - Dambulla

Travel past Kurunegala’s scenic rice fields. In the late afternoon, visit the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a 5th-century UNESCO site known as the “Fortress in the Sky.” Overnight at Jetwing Lake.

Day 3 - Dambulla

Visit the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 4 - Kandy

Head to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s hill capital. Visit the Temple of the Tooth, a sacred Buddhist site. Overnight at Jetwing Kandy Gallery.

Day 5 - Kandy

Free time in Kandy (vehicle at disposal)—explore markets or trek at Udawatte Kele Sanctuary.

Day 6 - Nuwara Eliya

Take a scenic train ride through tea plantations to Nuwara Eliya. Overnight at St. Andrews.

Day 7 - Nuwara Eliya

Visit Ambewela Farm and explore Nuwara Eliya town.

Day 8 - Wellawaya

Travel through tea plantations, visit Ravana Ella Falls and the Nine Arch Bridge. Overnight at Jetwing Kaduruketha.

Day 9 - Wellawaya

Free time (vehicle at disposal) — hike Ella Rock, Mini Adam’s Peak, or cycle to Ella Wala Waterfall.

Day 10 - Tissamaharama

Descend to Yala National Park (entrance fees excluded), famous for its leopard population. Overnight at Jetwing Yala.

Day 11 - Galle

Head to Galle and explore the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort. Overnight at Jetwing Lighthouse.

Day 12 - Galle

Start the day early with a whale and dolphin watching tour in Mirissa (entrance fees excluded). Visit Coconut Tree Hill and Parrot Rock, offering scenic coastal views.

Day 13 - Colombo

Head to Colombo and explore Pettah markets, Fort, the Hindu Temple at Sea Street, and the Dutch Church at Wolfenden. Visit Seema Malaka Buddhist Temple, designed by Geoffrey Bawa. Overnight at Jetwing Colombo Seven.

Day 14 - Check out / Departure

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Farewell, Sri Lanka!
