Day 01 - Arrival Taipei

You will be met and greeted at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) upon arrival, and transferred
to hotel in Taipei by private car with driver only. Check in hotel and enjoy your own leisure time.

Day 02 - Taipei

After breakfast, set off on a classic Taipei day tour to explore the city’s top landmarks.
Visit the National Palace Museum, home to the world’s largest collection of ancient Chinese artifacts, and the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, a symbol of Taiwan’s modern history. Discover local culture at Lungshan Temple, then admire the city’s skyline at Taipei 101 (observatory ticket not included).

Day 03 - Taipei - Sun Moon Lake

Depart from central Taipei and travel to the heart of the island, Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area.
Your Taiwan journey begins with a visit to Sun Moon Lake, the island’s largest freshwater lake, named for its sun- and moon-shaped sides. Home to the indigenous Thao people, the area blends natural beauty with rich culture. Enjoy a scenic tour with stops at Ita Thao Village, Ci’en Pagoda, and the temples of Xuanzang and Wenwu, gaining insight into the lake’s history and spiritual heritage.

Day 04 - Sun Moon Lake - Tainan - Kaohsiung

Start the day with a hearty breakfast before heading to Tainan, the island’s oldest city, rich in historical charm. Visit Fort Zeelandia, built by the Dutch and later rebuilt by the Japanese, followed by a stroll along Anping Old Street, Taiwan’s first official street, known for its heritage and tasty local treats like tofu pudding and shrimp rolls. After lunch (lunch not included), continue to Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan’s largest city. Explore the serene Fo Guang Shan Monastery, home to the towering 36-meter Buddha Amitabha statue and 480 smaller figures.

Day 05 - Kaohsiung - Kenting - Taitung

Day 06 - Taitung - East Coast National Scenic Area - Hualien - Yilan
