Ultimate Flexibility travel and ticket criteria as below:

  • New and existing bookings issued on or before 31 Mar 2020.
  • Flight rebookings must be made on or before 31 May 2020.
  • Rebooked travel date must be on or before 31 Dec 2020, based on seat availability where fare difference may apply.
  • Go Show is valid for travel between 13 March to 21 May 2020, subject to availability.
