The programme aims to create role models among youth of this world to become ethical, fearless and effective leaders of tomorrow.

Students will get the opportunity to live, learn, eat and play on the campus of Lady Margaret Hall of Oxford University.

3) Attend workshops by Oxford University professors

The programme takes into consideration three core components with emphasis on leadership, critical thinking and learning English through drama, public speaking and literature workshop.

1. What is the Mastering Leadership for Youth Programme?

The programme gives students aged 13 – 16 the opportunity to live, learn, and experience life as an Oxford undergraduate at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford. Students will develop leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills through seminars, workshops, drama, and simulation activities.

6. Is there a group flight arrangement for students traveling to the UK?

Yes! Students who wish to travel with the group will be accompanied by an adult chaperone from Kuala Lumpur to Oxford and back to Kuala Lumpur.

Group flight from Kuala Lumpur to the UK and return
Chaperone to supervise students throughout the journey
Airport pick-up upon arrival in the UK (London)
Transport from the airport to Oxford (Lady Margaret Hall)
Transport from Oxford back to the airport for the return flight

8. What are the programme fees and payment details?

RM15,890 which includes all expenses (accommodation, meals, programme fees, ground handling, economy airfare from Kuala Lumpur – London – Kuala Lumpur)

9. Is travel insurance required?

Yes, all participants must have travel insurance that covers travel related claims. Travel insurance can be purchased through CIT or you have the option of getting it from your preferred insurer.
